Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or have to reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is no guarantee of a full service. If you are too late to receive any service at all, you are responsible for the full price of the scheduled service.
